Meet Dr. Lexi Espinosa

Dr. Lexi has been serving patients as a chiropractor since 2021. Born and raised in Lubbock, TX, both she and her husband Matt are proud graduates of Lubbock High School. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Texas Tech University in 2017, and just two weeks later, moved to Dallas to begin her chiropractic education.

She went on to graduate from Parker University in 2021 with her Doctorate of Chiropractic and a Master’s in Functional Nutrition.

In 2022, Dr. Lexi and Matt welcomed their beautiful daughter, Mackenzie. Becoming a mother inspired a deepened passion for caring for women throughout every stage of motherhood, as well as their little ones. Wanting to raise their daughter close to family, they returned home to Lubbock—the community that shaped them.

Dr. Lexi is certified in the Webster Technique, a specialized chiropractic approach to support pregnant women, and has had the privilege of working alongside top-rated prenatal and pediatric chiropractors in Dallas. Today, she continues to focus on family-centered care, especially for moms, babies, and children.

She has seen firsthand—through her own experience and in the lives of her patients—how chiropractic care can positively impact individuals of all ages.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll find Dr. Lexi spending time with her family and their two dogs, cooking, swimming, staying active, or planning their next family adventure. She’s thrilled to be back in her hometown, giving back to the community that’s always supported her.

My Chiropractic Testimonial

Dr. Lexi was still in high school when chiropractic chose her. After a swimming injury left her with severe back pain, she spent over a year struggling through daily discomfort. Steroid injections, powerful pain medications, and countless medical appointments became her new normal—but nothing provided lasting relief. Her quality of life had completely changed.

Eventually, her doctors recommended an experimental surgery. As a last hope before moving forward with the procedure, her mom brought her to a chiropractor. That first adjustment changed everything—Dr. Lexi experienced more relief in that one visit than she had in the entire year since her injury. It felt like a miracle.

From that moment on, she knew: this was her calling. Chiropractic gave her life back, and she felt deeply inspired to do the same for others. Her mission ever since has been simple and powerful: to help even just one person reclaim their health and vitality—just as she had.
